The application with the green logo or WhatsApp has become the most popular messaging application in the world today because there are many interesting features.
One of them is the feature to disable message markers. The recipient usually sees a message sign with a blue tick. However, if this feature is not enabled, the sender of the message will not know whether the message has been read or not.
When this setting is enabled, a double check will usually make the sender's screen grayed out, as if the message hasn't been read.
The following are the easy steps to disable the blue tick on Whatsapp:
- Open WhatsApp on your device.
- Click the three dots icon in the upper-right corner.
- Then specify the Settings menu.
- Next, select the Privacy option.
- Select the "Privacy" menu and then select "Read Report".
- Close the Read Report option.
